The location facilitates easy access to Narita Airport via a direct train, making travel seamless. A highlight is nearby 'Teamlab Tokyo,' offering a memorable experience. Room size is compact, reflecting common standards in the area, but the staff's friendliness and helpfulness shines through. A notable downside is the limited amenities for longer stays.

The location is amazing, just steps from the metro and super close to all the fun spots in central Tokyo. The room was well-lit with natural light, and having amenities like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and free toiletries made it comfortable. Plus, they even provided stylish pajamas. Spa facilities were great too!

Diving into the dining vibes around Agora Tokyo Ginza, I hit up Kushiyaki Bistro Fukumimi for some juicy skewers that had me dreaming about them later! Don't sleep on the sushi at Sushi Ginza Onodera— every bite is like a kiss from the ocean. Plus, the staff at the hotel were total gems, super helpful and welcoming.
Tried to check on same-day luggage delivery to Haneda, but the front desk shrugged it off as a lost cause. A little guidance would've gone a long way. we figured it out, but still, a heads-up would’ve been nice.

Breakfast voucher is a win!
We stayed here for a night in a Superior King Room and it was pretty nice! The breakfast at the spot across the street was awesome. We got a voucher which worked like a charm. The only thing was the room could have been a bit bigger. Overall, good vibes!

Perfect Location and Friendly Staff
I had a fantastic stay for three nights in a Superior Twin Non-Smoking room. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the room. A slight downside was that the room felt a bit small for more than one person, but it was still comfortable for my solo trip.

Loved the cozy vibe and how close the subway was—only a two-minute stroll! The room was neat and tidy, and I really appreciated the attention to detail with the toiletries.
But honestly, who knew rooms could be so tiny? If you bring a suitcase, watch out—it's like a game of Tetris!

We loved our stay, especially the breakfast spread and the kids enjoyed the cozy room, even leaving note cards about their experience. The hotel has a great sun terrace and a fun leisure room for relaxing. The only downside was the bathroom had a bit of a smell, but it didn't ruin our trip. 🏨
